五年,只為一件事 Five Years for One Thing
五年前,一位長期客戶希望降低刀具成本。但我們知道,他真正想解決的不是價格,而是刀具在使用中的損耗與浪費。當時市場上的再生刀品質不穩、壽命不足,許多企業即使知道能省成本,仍不敢使用——因為對生產現場而言,品質穩定永遠比便宜重要。 Five years ago a long-time customer asked us to lower his tooling cost. We knew the real problem wasn't price — it was the waste of worn-out tools. Back then, regenerated blades were unreliable, and few dared to use them, because on the production floor consistency always matters more than cost.
刀具是高精密片狀結構,對平整度、剛性與刃尖角度要求極高,極微小的誤差都會影響品質與壽命。我們沒有成功案例可參考,從自行設計治具開始,反覆調整夾持、機台配置與加工參數,一次次測試、失敗、再重來,持續整整五年,最終建立高精度刀具再生技術。 A blade is a high-precision flat structure — flatness, rigidity and edge angle must be near-perfect, and the smallest error shows. With no precedent to follow, we built our own fixtures and refined the process over and over. Five years of testing and failing led to our high-precision blade regeneration technology.
